Accounts Receivable
100% on site – Columbia, SC
Schedule: M-F 8:30-5

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in financial processes? We’re seeking a reliable and proactive Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming payments and monitor outstanding balances
- Generate and send invoices; reconcile discrepancies
- Track and collect payments from customers
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding overdue accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment issues
