Pay Rate: $24.04/hr
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
BelFlex has partnered with a company????? in Hot Springs, AR, to find an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist .
This role is ideal for someone who is organized and detail-oriented and has experience managing invoices, tracking payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send invoices to customers
Record and verify customer payments
Follow up on past-due accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
Reconcile accounts and assist with financial reporting
Communicate with customers regarding billing and payment inquiries
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts accurately and efficiently
Resume and interview required
