About Us

Vitality Guard Insurance is a fast-growing health insurance company specializing in Medicare Advantage and ACA plans. We serve thousands of seniors across the country by helping them find the right coverage through trusted carriers such as Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Devoted, and more. As we expand, we are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide critical support to our Medicare Department and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to executives and Medicare department managers
  • Assist with onboarding, licensing, and contracting for Medicare agents
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems (agent contracts, certifications, client forms, etc.)
  • Support compliance documentation and ensure adherence to CMS guidelines
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and training sessions for the Medicare team
  • Assist with reporting, tracking enrollments, and preparing performance summaries
  • Answer and route calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
  • Help coordinate Medicare open enrollment projects and company events

Qualifications

  • Prior administrative or office management experience required
  • Familiarity with Medicare Advantage or health insurance industry preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
