Location: Lancaster, PA

Flat Rate: $25-40/hr DOE & Certifications

Scope
We are looking for experienced Automotive Mechanics (A-Level and B-Level) to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles. Client is a busy, clean shop with opportunities for career growth and competitive pay based on experience and certifications. No tire & lube techs needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles, including engines and transmissions .
• Perform routine maintenance services
• Handle advanced repairs (A-Level): engines, transmissions, electrical systems.
• Collaborate with a team in a fast-paced, professional shop environment .

Qualifications

• ** Must be able to drop an engine and swap transmissions **
• Validdriver's license.
• ASE or manufacturer certifications preferred (higher pay for certified candidates).
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
