Great Lakes Hyundai of Columbus is hiring a Sales Manager! As a Sales Manager at Great Lakes Hyundai, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of our team members and customers every day. We are looking for an experienced, energetic, people-focused Sales Manager. Compensation: Very competitive pay opportunity Schedule: Must be willing to work 40+ hours including evenings and weekends Responsibilities:

• Work directly with team members and customers to develop enriching relationships that enhance client satisfaction and fuel the sales process
• Build rapport among customers to establish strong network of clientele and prospects
• Provide coaching and support to sales staff and assist in closing deals
• Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations
• Manage the negotiation process with sales team members ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing
• Partner with General Sales Manager to and manage new and used vehicle inventory

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Great attitude, willing to work hard
• Dealertrack experience preferred
• Knowledge of VIN Solutions and vAuto
• Experience appraising vehicles
• Previous Sales Management experience
• Strong desking abilities
• Current valid driver’s license and State Sales License
