Join the Park Place Hotel team as a Bartender in our vibrant cocktail bar located in Traverse City, MI. We are seeking an experienced and personable professional to craft exceptional cocktails and provide outstanding service to our guests in a dynamic and welcoming environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages to guests accurately and efficiently.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and garnishing ingredients.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures, including checking identification to ensure guests meet age requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and support other hotel operations as needed during peak times and special events.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a bartender, preferably in a cocktail bar or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in Michigan.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
