Job Description

A K-12 school in Hartford, CT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a contract position for the upcoming school year (NSY). This role provides direct support and behavioral consultation to students, staff, and families within the school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other staff to implement strategies that support positive student outcomes.
• Provide training and ongoing supervision to school personnel in behavior management techniques.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed based on data collection.
• Support compliance with educational and regulatory requirements related to behavioral services.

Qualifications:

• Valid BCBA certification.
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting preferred.
• Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and educational environments.
