Job Description

Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a K-12 school setting in Minneapolis, MN. This is a contract position for the current school year.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive behavior assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collaborating with educators and support staff to implement evidence-based strategies
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed
• Training and supporting school personnel and families in behavior management techniques
• Data collection and analysis to guide decision-making and ensure effective interventions

Qualifications and experience:

• Current BCBA certification
• Experience working with K-12 populations in educational environments
• Strong skills in behavior assessment, intervention design, and data analysis
• Ability to communicate clearly with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to ethical practice and professional development

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

This is a contract role aligned with the current school year calendar.
