Are you Bilingual in Spanish and have office experience? This position is working Full Time work, 4 days per week with every Friday off ! They also have excellent benefits! 

 

Do you enjoy working with a variety of office tasks including some human resources and accounting tasks? Our client is located in Appleton and is looking for a Bilingual Office Administrator to join their team.

 

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and answer phones
• Schedule inbound/ outbound trucking appointments
• File, organize documents, records, and files
• Head up and organize employee training/meetings and certifications
• Data entry into MS Excel and the internal ERP system
• Translate for meetings, paperwork/forms, policies, procedures, create agendas, etc.
• Assist other staff and management with translating as needed 
• Work with the staffing agencies to communicate the need for temp employees and complete the hiring process in the system
• Receive in and verify weekly timesheets for temps
• Work with vendors on needed items or services
• Maintain monthly nonstock inventory and office supplies inventory

General Information: 

Hours: 40 hours per week, 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday -Thursday

Length: Temporary to hire

Pay: $18/hour-$20/hour

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required, both written and verbal
• Office experience and/or experience with HR or accounting
• Must be okay to go onto the plant floor at times
• Word and Excel skills, any ERP knowledge is a plus 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
