Position Summary
The Business Intelligence Manager reports to the CFO, and will partner with cross-functional leadership to support EO's business intelligence function organization-wide. This individual will drive Business Intelligence in support of EO's strategic goals by enabling deep business insights into core business functions including Operations, Sales, Marketing, People Team and Finance. The BI Manager will specifically lead the development and implementation of BI technology to enable team access to consistent data from a single domain.
The Business Intelligence Manager will be a key partner to all departments at EOP by providing data and analytics to support each department's KPIs and business plans. Success for the business intelligence function will be the use of new and existing tools to enable seamless team member access to deep business insights, key drivers, assumptions, outcomes and more to support decision making capabilities

Responsibilities
Systems Implementation & Integration
- Provide hands on support to build-out the BI and Data Analytics architecture and roadmap by working with the CFO to recommend system solutions
- Provide hands-on support to internal stakeholders and external technical service partners with the design and implementation of BI and System solutions
- Collaborate with internal team to assess current systems and data integration solutions, with the goal of consolidating multiple sources of data into one centralized domain
- Develop data and analytical consistency amongst all departments to drive success for department KPIs
- Serve as the in-house expert on the system design and data integration and collaborate with functional data champions with specific implementation strategies to meet desired outcomes.
- Manage the overall implementation for the build-out of the BI and Data Analytics domain for the first phase of adoption by the end of Q3 2026
Data Configuration & Design
- Gain insight and understanding to various sources of data that's used in day to day operations and develop integration and system strategies
- Utilize the understanding of desired functional outcomes to develop customized solutions, to include automated dashboards, reports and visualizations
- Ensure data hygiene and data relevancy for integration and implementation
- Provide key recommendations to optimize data mapping to ensure optimal analytical outcomes
- Create recommendations for solutions and/or workarounds as required to integrate external data sources with internal systems
- Maintain data governance in accordance with written leadership charter
BI Collaboration, Reporting, Support & Maintenance
- Design and develop Business Analytics models and forecasting tools across multiple functional areas of the business including dashboards, operations reports and more
- Manage backend data platforms; investigate and troubleshoot integration, system upgrades and infrastructure maintenance as needed
- Serve as a thought partner and technical point of contact for internal data champions for training, reporting and Data Analytics support
- Maintain system stability and uptime
- Support the transition of legacy reports to newer BI solutions
- Create SOPs and systems reference tools to capture new workflow developments for organizational learning
- Manage a prioritized roadmap for future releases and enhancements, including patches and technology updates
Other
- Source system vendors and identify systems that meets internal requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and implementation teams
- Perform presentations to leadership team as needed
- Support company's overall strategic goals

Skills/Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external partners on all levels and presenting to stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve configuration issues
- Have a deep understanding of implementing data analytics tools and developing custom analytics solutions for functional teams is required
- Ability to design custom analytics and BI solutions for CPG Product Portfolios is required
- Ability to interpret stakeholders needs and pain points to translate into automated analytics tools
- Possess practical knowledge with developing end to end BI and Analytics solutions for operations, supply chains, sales or marketing is preferred
- Ability to advocate for continuous enhancement and evolution of BI at EO using skills to maintain and support mid to large scale data warehouses
- Practical ability to implement AI and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Domo, MS Fabric is required
- Ability to maintain and evolve reporting structures as needed
Education and Experience:
- BA/BS Degree Required in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related roles required performing data science or data analytics is required
- Previous experience managing third party vendors to build and scale data warehouse systems is required. (Systems such as Snowflake, Cobit, DataToBiz, etc.)
- Previous experience in developing IT projects and software implementation is required
- Prior experience in CPG preferred but not required.
