CAD Drafter/Designer Our Company WaterSaver Faucet Co. manufactures precision valves and faucets for use in science laboratories. We are a seventy-five-year-old, third-generation family-owned company. Our products are used all over the world and we are the worldwide leader in our industry.

Position Due to continuing growth in our business, we have an opening for a CAD drafter/designer. This position will provide CAD and drafting support for all phases of our product development process, including:
- Support our engineering team to design new products and make improvements to existing products.
- Using AutoCAD and SolidWorks, update existing and create new drawings and models of products and components.
- Assist with creating prototypes and 3D models, product testing and validation.
- Support the engineering change process by creating engineering change orders, maintaining drawing files, and updating bills of material.
Qualifications We require a hands-on professional with initiative, ambition, and the ability to approach problems and tasks in a logical and organized way. Ideal candidates will have:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in an engineering curriculum or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of related experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office products.
- Revit knowledge is a plus. Training will be provided for the right candidate as part of our development program.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
