Your Mission:

• Architect and execute a bold marketing vision that fuels exponential growth.
• Build and lead a world-class marketing org across all digital platforms using existing contractor ecosystem, replacing with external and internal resources where required.
• Use your IPO / exit experience to position the company for long-term success.
• Harness e-commerce, DTC, and retail expansion strategies to dominate the category.
• Be the voice of innovation, storytelling, and scale.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven track record scaling an ecommerce consumer brand to IPO or major acquisition
• Deep experience in ecommerce, omni-channel, and digital-first marketing
• Hands-on creative leadership, with AI and content marketing savvy
• Ability to move fast, inspire teams, and think big
