We are currently seeking a Coord - Marketing Asset Operations to join our Production & Operations team based in our New York, New York Headquarters.

JOB SUMMARY

AMC Networks is seeking a highly organized and systems-savvy Coordinator, Asset Operations to support the intake, tracking, and delivery of marketing assets across our distribution partners. As part of the Campaign Management Group (CMG), this role is essential in ensuring day-to-day execution runs smoothly, timelines are met, and partner needs are consistently supported with accuracy and efficiency.


You'll serve as the primary liaison into Production and Creative for all asset requests - whether from Partner Marketing, Integrated Marketing, or external partners - and help maintain the infrastructure that keeps campaigns running on time. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume environments and is passionate about operational clarity.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the central intake point for all marketing asset requests, coordinating with Partner Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and external partners
  • Route requests into Production and Creative, ensuring accurate specs, timelines, and requirements are clearly documented
  • Track all campaign progress in Airtable and communicate delivery status back to stakeholders, including realistic timelines based on team capacity and bandwidth (aligned to internal SLAs)
  • Maintain an organized record of partner-specific nuances, specs, and preferences to streamline future campaign setup and eliminate redundancy
  • Support asset tagging, trafficking, quality control, and archiving across video, design, and static formats
  • Upload and manage final deliverables in AMC Networks' Partner Hub and shared drives, ensuring version control and partner access
  • Review creative assets to confirm compliance with technical, brand, and partner-specific guidelines
  • Liaise with external vendors and media agencies to ensure proper delivery and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Maintain and optimize filing systems, creative documentation, and campaign reference materials
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, asset management, media production, or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Airtable - not just daily use but the ability to optimize structures, views, and workflows
  • Strong command of Microsoft Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of creative file formats and delivery specs (video, static, design)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Must be based in New York City and available to work in person
  • Familiarity with digital asset management systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Box)
  • Exposure to media or entertainment marketing environments
  • Experience supporting cross-functional creative or campaign teams
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and a passion for optimizing how things get done


The base compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 commensurate with experience. AMC Networks additionally offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Services, among other benefit plan options, subject to eligibility requirements.
