JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail-oriented Delivery Staging Associate to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the final staging process before orders are dispatched. You will be responsible for organizing and verifying orders for dispensaries, ensuring all details are matched, and preparing them for the transport team.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES

• Tote and organize final orders for each dispensary.
• Verify order accuracy, ensuring quantities, lot numbers, and dispensary names match correctly.
• Stage orders by designated routes to streamline the transport process.
• Maintain a clean and organized staging area to optimize efficiency.
• Follow compliance and safety protocols related to order handling and storage.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple orders and routes.
• Basic math skills for quantity verification.
• Ability to lift and move totes as needed (up to 50 lbs.)
