GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES: DENIM PATTERN MAKER

Must have denim patterns experience 5+ years.

Ability to create first proto pattern on digital denim pattern (Super Alpha) for design developments based on inspiration image, sketch and spec and revise production pattern accordingly to corrections. Development stage to TOP Stage of production.

Accurately identify any fit issues

Oversee all aspects of fit, fabric shrinkage, pattern blocks - ability to translate fit comments into pattern for corrections.

Scheduling weekly fitting. Participate in fit sessions, providing recommendations, note call-outs, efficiently address all issues and critiques as quickly and accurately. Release fit correction patterns and revised spec within 24-48 hr period.

Proficient knowledge pattern program and Excel to make minor production fit comments

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, production, and quality control, to address technical challenges and facilitate the smooth transition from design to production.

Communicate technical requirements, resolve issues, and ensure the timely and accurate production of denim products.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in Patternmaking, in denim manufacturing

• Efficient in: Digital pattern program/ MS office & Excel

• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and sewing techniques, particularly in the denim category.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and precision.

• Must be able to build relationships with effective communication throughout the company

• Must be eligible to work in U.S
