We are urgently hiring and seeking experienced Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work in our Intellectual Developmental/Disability Delayed (ID/DD) facilities located in Suffolk, Virginia and Newport News, Virginia. The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience, and are caring, motivated, and committed professionals who are willing to go above and beyond for individuals in the ID/DD community. We are currently hiring full-time, part-time and PRN staff to work at our Suffolk and Newport News, Virginia facilities. We are hiring for the following shifts Full time and Part time shifts 3 pm to 11 pm with rotating weekends 8am-8pm. Pay range is $20 - $22 with a sign on bonus of $1000. Full-Time and Part-time shifts overnights 11 pm to 8 am with rotating weekends 8pm-8am. Pay range is $18 - $19. Details of the shifts: Full Time Evening Week 1 Sunday-8am-8m; Monday- OFF; Tuesday-OFF; Wednesday-3pm-11pm; Thursday 3pm-11pm Friday 3pm-11pm Saturday OFF Week 2 Sunday OFF; Monday 3pm-11pm; Tuesday 3pm-11pm; Wednesday 3pm-11pm; Thursday-OFF; Friday OFF; Saturday 8am- 8pm Full Time Overnight Week 1 Sunday- Off; Monday-11pm-8am: Tuesday-11pm-8am: Wednesday-11pm-8am: Thursday-Off: Friday-Off: Saturday-8pm-8am Week 2 Sunday- 8pm-8am Monday-:OFF Tuesday-OFF: Wednesday-11pm-8am: Thursday-11pm-8am: Friday-11pm-8am: Saturday-Off Various duties include but are not limited to: Assisting individuals with meeting person centered outcomes outlined in their treatment plans. Facilitating groups, support with activities of daily living. Support with community outings. Support with connecting individuals to resources. Assist and support individuals with ADLs.
