Looking for a Grave shift caregiving position or a second caregiver job?

You must be able to work 2 days on/ 2 days off plus every other weekend. All training is offered during the daytime only.

Our Direct Support Professionals support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that live in their own home by implementing behavior plans, teaching self-care skills, cooking meals, doing household tasks, and fun activities. No caregiving experience? We provide 75 hours of paid training with Zoom and in person classes. Please note: Training classes are during the daytime.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with their personal care - personal hygiene and grooming
• Daily tasks include light housekeeping, laundry, and keeping the home comfortable for the individuals
• Plan meals, shopping for groceries, preparing and serving food/meals
• Accompany individuals to scheduled medical appointments
• Remind and assist individuals with self-administration of medications (with training)
• Document services provided using computer

Hiring bonus: $500 after your first 90 days then another $500 after you have completed your first 6 months of work and all required training is complete*!

• Be at least 18 Years or older
• Be able to pass a Washington State Criminal Background Check and complete fingerprints
• Be able to provide high school diploma or high school transcript or GED
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs, twist, turn, sit, stand for periods of time
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have basic computer skills
• Have good problem solving skills working as a team
