Director of Sales Director of Sales

Position Overview
The Director of Sales will lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence in the food and beverage manufacturing sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.

Qualifications
