What You'll Do:

• Lead all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting .
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial regulations .
• Communicate and strategize with international business partners.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee cash flow management to maintain financial stability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance .
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions .
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team , fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field ( MBA/CPA preferred )

7+ years of finance experience , with at least 5 years in manufacturing

Bilingual proficiency in English & Chinese (Required)
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
Expertise in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
