Machine Operator Responsibilities: Load machines with material for threading. Fill and assemble orders based on customer specifications. Set up and adjust machinery and equipment according to specifications. Operate and monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Conduct product inspections and tests to verify machine settings, safety, and product quality. Communicate quality issues or machinery needing maintenance attention. Essential Skills: Consistent work history. Reliability. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Ability to move around the production floor and sit or stand for an entire shift. Effective communication skills. High School Diploma or GED. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Prior machine operating experience or mechanical skills. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules.
