General Production Worker We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. This role involves performing general production and assembly duties, with opportunities in the warehouse and inventory department for those with a preference for warehouse tasks. Responsibilities Clean parts as needed to ensure quality. Perform general production and assembly duties with precision. Participate in warehouse tasks such as kitting and operating a forklift if assigned to the warehouse department. Essential Skills Attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt. Previous manufacturing or hands-on experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, or automotive technology. Work Environment This is a large, clean, and well-lit manufacturing facility that is climate-controlled to ensure comfort. The facility operates on a daylight shift from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, and a second shift from 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with a $2 shift differential for the second shift. Overtime is mandatory on Saturdays, typically for 5 hours. Job Type & Location This is a permanent position based out of Charleroi, Pennsylvania. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $47817.00/yr. Good health benefits. World class. 401k match. Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Charleroi, PA.
