Night And Day Shift Manufacturing Production Worker We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our manufacturing team on both night and day shifts. As a production worker, you will play an essential role in our operations, responsible for assembling, packaging, and inspecting products to ensure they meet our quality standards. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently. Assemble components and products according to specifications. Conduct regular quality checks and report defects. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to all safety guidelines and company procedures. Flexibly assist with different tasks based on production needs. Arrive before shift start when scheduled for overtime. Essential Skills Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required. Ability to lift up to (X lbs) and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality. Reliable transportation to and from the facility. Willingness to work occasional Saturdays and mandatory overtime when needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment that is non-climate controlled, experiencing seasonal temperature variations. Shift hours are Monday to Friday, 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with potential early start for overtime and occasional Saturday overtime opportunities.
