I have a super cute rental in downtown Beaver that is furnished and ready to start on airbnb ... but I need someone local to help me manage and do the cleanings in between guests because I do not live local. It's a one-bedroom apartment in a 4-unit building right in heart of downtown area. I've run other airbnbs in other locations; but this will be a new thing for me in Beaver and I really want to find someone reliable and build a quality relationship together... if it goes well, I might add a second unit onto airbnb and you could help me run both... room to help with other things too; just depends on your background, flexibility and skills.
