The Global Engineering department unites a global supply chain collective rooted in strategic vision and tactical excellence that delivers unsurpassed value to our internal partners, guests and shareholders.

This position is responsible for all coordination and administration of the LMS (Labor Management System) set-up, training, maintenance, and on-going integration of new procedures and capabilities. The position reports directly into the Manager, Campus Engineering.

A day in the life
  • Responsible for the daily maintenance of data input, hours reconciliation, production feeds, employee profiles, schedules, and software maintenance within the Labor Management System.
  • Responsible for providing daily, weekly and monthly Labor Management reporting to Operations Management team.
  • Responsible for providing daily, weekly and monthly incentive reporting to Operations Management team. Responsible for weekly maintenance of facility incentive performance boards.
  • Maintains Coaching & Performance Database - Responsible for maintenance of the database and provide monthly and yearly reports to Operations Management team.
  • Payroll Reporting - Monitor payroll to provide visibility to data inconsistencies to Operations Management for follow up.
  • Supports ad-hoc data requests and reports for DC Operations Management as directed
  • Addresses ServiceNow tickets and email requests to add/delete users, investigate and resolve data discrepancies for locked user accounts, overlapping events and create user events as needed
qualifications
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • 1-2 years minimum of relevant experience with supply chain operations
  • PC proficiency and (after training) LMS proficiency
  • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Access, Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Proficient (after training) in SCI reporting and SQL
  • Analytical with problem solving skills
  • Ability to work and deliver in changing environments under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines
  • Effective time management and communication skills
  • Delivers support and analytics to Warehouse operations and Engineering team
  • Provides best in class support and maintenance of Labor Management Systems within the warehouse

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $48,200 - 63,300 annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
