2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:30 PM–10:30 PM • $20.90–$22/hr DOE

What You’ll Do:
Build and fit together small, high‑accuracy components
Complete unit assemblies used in aerospace applications
Work with a variety of hand and power tools to adjust, align, and secure parts
Follow detailed work instructions
Perform simple testing and calibration
Complete quality checks and become certified on specific tasks
Keep tools and equipment clean and maintained
Support overall workspace safety and organization
Work closely with experienced assemblers
Contribute to a positive, team‑first culture
Qualifications:
Mechanical or electrical assembly experience is a plus
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Familiarity with automated testing equipment is helpful
Ability to read basic blueprints is a bonus
Strong coordination, attention to detail, and great manual dexterity

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
