Position Title: NAV/D365 Business Central Functional Consultant
Job Location: Southern California (Remote)
Duration: Part-time Contract long term
Roles and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges in the manufacturing and food and drink sectors.
Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Business Central to align with client specifications and industry best practices.
Conduct system assessments, gap analyses, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Lead and participate in system design, configuration, and testing activities.
Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of the implemented solutions.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Business Central post-implementation.
Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of Dynamics 365 Business Central and related technologies.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Dynamics NAV/ D365 Business Central Consultant, specifically in the manufacturing industry.
Ideally, experience in the food and drink industry, understanding the unique challenges and requirements.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central modules, configurations, and customizations.
Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting gap analyses, and designing solutions.
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate client interactions and build relationships.
Microsoft certifications in NAV, Dynamics 365 Business Central, or related technologies are a plus
