BPS Technologies is expanding our Microsoft AI capabilities and seeking a Senior .NET & Azure AI Engineer to design, build, and deliver modern applications powered by Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and cloud-native .NET technologies. This role blends hands-on engineering, solution architecture, and client-facing delivery to help organizations adopt AI in a secure, scalable way.
What You'll Do Technical DeliveryDesign and develop AI-driven applications using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and Cognitive Search.
Build and modernize solutions using C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, APIs, Azure Functions, and cloud-native architectures.
Lead AI pilots, proofs-of-concept, and enterprise implementations across public sector, healthcare, and financial clients.
Create reusable patterns, components, and best practices to support consistent delivery.
Contribute to BPS's AI methodology, coding standards, and solution frameworks.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers on AI and .NET best practices.
Support knowledge sharing through demos, documentation, and internal training sessions.
Participate in community engagement such as user groups and client workshops.
Serve as a technical SME during sales cycles and discovery calls.
Assist with solution design, LOE estimates, and technical presentations.
Deliver demos of Azure OpenAI, Copilot capabilities, and custom AI solutions.
7–10+ years of professional C#/.NET development (ASP.NET Core, APIs, Azure Functions).
Practical experience with Azure services, ideally including:
Azure OpenAI / GPT models
Cognitive Services (Vision, Speech, Language, Search)
Azure App Services, Azure Storage
Strong understanding of modern application design, API patterns, and cloud-native development.
Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences.
Demonstrated interest in AI/ML and expanding expertise in the Microsoft AI ecosystem.
Copilot Studio or Microsoft 365 Copilot configuration.
Leading technical workshops or training sessions.
Power Platform, Dynamics, or Microsoft Graph integrations.
Experience in public sector, healthcare, or financial environments.
Pre-sales engineering or solution design experience.
Senior .NET engineers excited about modern Microsoft AI.
