100% Outpatient Clinic - Shareholder Track Opportunity

Mercy Medical Group (MMG), a multi-specialty group with more than 500 healthcare providers in the Sacramento region, is looking to add a provider to its growing Neurology Department.

MMG is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified General Neurologist or a Neurologist with fellowship training in Neuromuscular Disease , Multiple Sclerosis,Movement Disorders , or Headache for outpatient clinic-focused practice with our diverse Neuroscience division. Call is shared and averages 1:5 with access to hospitalists 24/7 and a strong built-in referral system. This opportunity offers the ability to participate in clinical trials and work with residents if desired.

Minimal clinical call; Hospital call compensation in addition to guaranteed salary; Option to take Tele-Stroke call for even more compensation opportunities.

This candidate will work in support of the Dignity Health Neurological Institute of Northern California,a market leaderactively involved in clinical research trials and consistently setting the community standard for patients affected by neurological diseases.

Compensation Range: $308,000 - $363,000 / Year

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
• Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.

Quality Improvement:

• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
• Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.

Compliance:

• Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
• Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.

Continuous Learning:

• Contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.

• A valid and unrestricted California medical license
• Board eligible or board certified in specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA)
• Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
