We're seeking a candidate with a strong passion for cultivating relationships with patients and provide great customer service within the food service department. This candidate should be capable of multitasking projects and a problem solver. A background in specialized diets or call center experience is a plus. Employees at our healthcare sites play a crucial role in enhancing patient experience and well-being What You'll Do Have a work history demonstrating strong client engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively Round with patients, collecting detailed data regarding their experience with a goal of improvement and patient centered solutions Serves as the liaison between support services, nursing, and other patient care leaders to enhance patient food service outcomes Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service Work on projects as assigned by department Proficient in computer skills What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
