Job Title: Real Estate Lending Associate

Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law Global 100 firm with a full-time employment opportunity for Real Estate Lending Associates in its New York, Philadelphia, and Charlotte offices. Key Responsibilities:Represent financial institutions in real estate and asset-based loan originations.
Draft, negotiate, and close financing documents related to real estate lending.
Support developers in the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate and related collateral (a plus).
Manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Provide high-quality client service with timely and effective communication.
3–5 years of experience in real estate and asset-based lending transactions, particularly loan originations.
Experience representing developers on purchase, sale, and financing matters is preferred.
Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
Excellent drafting, communication, and client service skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work independently or as part of a team.
Must be admitted and in good standing with the NY, PA, or NC State Bar (or eligible to waive into NC).
