Senior Administrative Assistant (Healthcare) We are seeking a full-time Senior Administrative Assistant (Healthcare) to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting clinicians and leadership while ensuring smooth daily operations in a busy healthcare setting. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative experience, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has proven skills in HR, billing, and office management.

Key Responsibilities: - Assist with monthly accounts receivable and HR tasks, including clinician credentialing
- Support billing, benefits, and database management
- Manage departmental systems, track data, and process payments
- Provide general office support: phones, scheduling, records management, and patient intake
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors to ensure a positive experience
- Support clinicians and administrative leadership on various projects
- Assist with light technology support (phones, server, etc.)
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the medical industry and familiarity with insurance billing
- Onsite availability in Needham, MA
Nice To Have: - Prior experience in a Neuropsychology or Behavioral Health practice is a big plus
