Rate of Pay and Benefits:

Our Tool and Die Specialists enjoy a competitive hourly wage starting at $43.600 , reaching a top rate of $43.800 after three months of successful employment. In addition to the base pay, you will receive premiums for shift, overtime, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to work on various schedules, including shifts longer than 8 hours and overtime while maintaining excellent attendance.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures while working effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to comprehend and execute oral and written instructions accurately.
  • Perform trade-specific tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting, and using tools safely.
  • Understand and manage detailed specifications and prints related to the trade.
  • Navigate the work environment effectively, maneuvering around equipment, assembly lines, and facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a bona fide apprenticeship or 8 years of relevant experience, or equivalent training in the trade.
  • Proficiency in die maintenance, including rebuilding sections and addressing engineering changes on large Class A dies.
  • Experience in setting up and operating CNC and conventional machine tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret process sheets, PM instructions, and work orders.
  • Track and resolve die downtime by identifying root causes.
  • Experience with launching and trying out large body dies is essential.
