The Sr Supply Planner plays a key role in supporting Under Armour's global business by driving operational excellence across the supply chain. This role leverages dashboards and system tools to optimize inventory management and fill rates, while ensuring cross-functional alignment and process efficiency. The planner will manage purchase orders, coordinate production and shipping for high-profile footwear assets, and support product and development teams in meeting critical timelines for marketing and athletic events.
Manage purchase orders and ensure timely execution across internal and external partners.
Optimize inventory levels and fill rates to meet global service goals.
Utilize dashboards and system tools to drive visibility and performance.
Develop and run reporting to support Open-to-Buy processes and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with Product, Development, and Marketing teams to align production and distribution calendars for events such as photo shoots and athletic competitions.
Manage production and shipping of footwear for collegiate teams, top athletes, and global marketing assets.
Own relationships with global partners (regional offices, vendors) and serve as a trusted source of supply planning data.
Collaborate to optimize capacity utilization and ensure accurate planning activities.
Participate in planning system testing, troubleshoot issues, and document processes.
Lead training initiatives and drive continuous improvement projects.
Act as a mentor within the Supply Planning team and a trusted resource for management.
Present data and insights to all levels of the supply chain, maintaining collaborative relationships.

Streamlined operations through automation and advanced analytics.
Stronger alignment across global teams and supply chain functions.
Increased agility in responding to ad hoc business needs and market dynamic
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain or related field.
35 years of Supply Chain experience, including 12 years in Supply Planning.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products; strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
Understanding of advanced planning systems and cross-functional system dependencies
Experience presenting to all levels of the supply chain.
Ability to operate independently, make informed decisions, and develop innovative tools and processes.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment requiring nimble decision-making and flexible solutions.
Preferred competencies in data fluency, AI, process automation, and machine learning.
Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD.
Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

$78,074.80 - $107,352.85 USD Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
