About this role:

Join our mission-driven team dedicated to supporting individuals and families across Massachusetts. As our Training Coordinator , you’ll manage and grow staff training programs that keep our workforce compliant, skilled, and inspired.

New Bedford, MA | Monday-Friday | Nonprofit Human Services

We are looking for a Training Coordinator who has: 
  • Associate’s degree + 1 year in training coordination, HR, or L&D (Bachelor’s preferred).

  • Strong organizational, communication, and tech skills.

  • Experience with Relias or other LMS platforms a plus.

  • Passion for helping others learn and thrive in a nonprofit environment.

Role Expectations:

  • Oversee our Learning Management System (Relias) to keep training smooth and accessible.

  • Track and report compliance with state, federal, and agency training requirements.

  • Partner with leaders to identify training needs and launch new initiatives.

  • Provide support and resources to staff so they feel confident in their learning journey.
