THE ROLE:
• Lead the Training department, managing budget, team performance, and training processes.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new hires and experienced employees across chemical terminal operations.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements (
• Monitor effectiveness through KPIs, training systems and support broader safety and improvement initiatives.
THE PERSON:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
• Experience in chemical product operations with knowledge of safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in developing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with confidence in public speaking.
