Qualifications:

• Active New York State RN License – Required
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience – Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Required
• Experience caring for ventilator-dependent residents preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to make sound independent decisions while maintaining collaboration with supervising staff
