Welder/Fabricator - $23.25ph 

Manitowoc, WI

Hours: 2nd shift:  Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 2:30am 

• Training: 1st shift required (Monday - Thursday, 5:30am - 4:00pm)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled fabricator/welder to join our client's team! In this role, you'll focus on fabrication and welding, with opportunities to expand into robotic welding if desired.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Fabricate and Weld:  Read blueprints and welding diagrams to fabricate metal parts to specification using MIG and other welding techniques.
• Quality Control:  Inspect finished products to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
• Safety First: Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate:  Work with team members to achieve project goals.
• Optional:  Operate and maintain robotic welding systems.

• Experience with MIG Welding (Steel) and a willingness to learn robotic welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a valuable team player.
• Safety-conscious and familiar with welding safety procedures.
