6Achieve more with Volt Volt is immediately hiring for Mig Welder in West Chester, OH As a Mig Welder you will: Perform specialty welding tasks on: Spool pieces, flanges, etc. All welds will be MIG and weld outlets onto carbon steel pipe. Inspect work for defects, alignment of fittings. Checking the end groves for proper depth and check for bad seems splits in pipe. Maintain a clean and safe welding station while conforming to all the safety and quality standards. Report all equipment malfunctions, safety issues that requires repairs. General reading and writing as well as some computer skills. This is a full-time opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: 3-5 years welding and fabrication background. Operating a NAP (universal Welder) - preferred. Must be able to read tape measure. 1 year Computer experience, Outlook/Email.
