Associate Dentist - York, PA
Compensation: $195k - $250k per year DOE

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide general dental care, perform routine dental examinations, and diagnose oral health conditions such as tooth decay, gum disease, and other dental issues.
Carry out standard dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, and root canals.
Develop and discuss treatment plans with patients based on their dental health needs and preferences.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive dental care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including charts, treatment notes, and medical histories.
Ensure all dental work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with current dental regulations and safety protocols.
Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide coordinated and efficient patient care.
Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and practice improvement efforts.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following infection control and sterilization guidelines.
Stay current with developments in dentistry through continuing education and clinical training opportunities.
Qualifications :
Experience in providing general dental care; experience with sedation dentistry is a plus.
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree
Active Dental License.
Proficiency in dental procedures and treatments.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Patient education and communication techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
