Job Description

Our client, a leader in the defense industry, is seeking a Sr Test Technician to join their team. As a Sr Test Technician, you will be part of the testing department supporting critical projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: US - DOD - Sr Test Technician

Location: Clearwater, Florida

Pay Range: $32.71/hr

What's the Job?

• Monitor, read, and record test data for various navigational, inertial measurement, and guidance units undergoing testing.
• Learn to perform automated and manual test setups using established procedures to ensure proper testing of each unit.
• Handle, mount, and test units utilizing oscilloscopes, multimeters, calibrated hand tools, and other test equipment.
• Quickly grasp test processes and efficiently execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Understand and apply standard test lab concepts, practices, and procedures, including safety practices.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years of electronic experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of electronic test experience.
• Preferred: Associate degree or 1-2 years of experience in electronics or a related field.
• Ability to read and understand schematic drawings.
• U.S. citizenship and a security clearance are required for this position.
