About the Opportunity:

Job Title: Embroidery and Heat Press Operator

Pay Rate Range:$20/Hour

Location:Plymouth, MN

Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM with flexible start and end times.

Position Type:Temp to Hire

Industrial Tailor Requirements and Qualifications:

1. 6 months to 1 year of experience working on commercial or industrial embroidery machinery.
2. Any experience using a heat press is preferred.
3. Able to read and interpret work orders.
4. Excellent attention to detail.
5. Able to sit and stand during shift.
6. Able to lift 50lbs.
7. Excellent verbal communication skills internally to piers and externally to customers.

Industrial Tailor Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operate commercial/industrial embroidery machinery and equipment in a warehouse setting - Read, interpret, and complete embroidery orders.
2. Operate vinyl cutter and software and apply design onto garments.
3. Follow standard operating procedures to embellish products.
4. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
5. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
6. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
8. Assist in other tailor shop duties as needed.
