Cobblestone 13 is searching for dynamic and results-driven professionals with a knack for driving sales and crafting compelling marketing strategies. We’re seeking a Marketing Associate to spearhead our efforts in maximizing revenue and enhancing brand visibility.

About the Role

Candidates for our Entry Level Marketing position are responsible for engaging with customers through interactive displays and promotions to promote our clients products and services. The on-site promotions we offer are very popular with big-box retailers since they reach customers while they are already in a buying frame of mind. Along with handling our clients' products, Marketing candidates will also be assigned a direct mentor to help coach them on the backend of running our business, such as human resources management, client relations, profit and loss, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Working face to face with our clients' customers within our retail partner locations.
• Drive your team to success with clear targets and high standards for profitability.
• Build long-term client connections by understanding needs and providing value.
• Motivate and mentor your team for growth and a culture of excellence and innovation.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Self-motivated and solution-orientated
