Thus, through our enriching co-op program, we help develop the next-generation of engineers and technologists. This individual is responsible for developing the user interface (UI) utilizing the application toolkit framework for Discovery product. The role entails being a part of a collaborative team to implement UX Designs and defined workflows teams in order to expose application logic, algorithms and controls available in the Ansys Design Language toolkit and framework. The goal of the team is to provide a user friendly, scalable, feature rich user experience while using the Discovery product. This role will run for 3 months during the fall semester. Responsibilities: Work alongside software developers to design, implement, and debug. Investigate defects in production code. Engineer simulation features. Develop UI toolkit components for internal and external customers. Infrastructure process and tools. Improve the efficiency and accuracy of ANSYS products. Qualifications: Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or UX/User Interface 'Exposure to object-oriented programming (C#, C++, Java) Previous coding experience Strong problem solving skills At Ansys, we know that changing the world takes vision, skill, and each other.
