OVERVIEW : Our client, a US Fortune 250 company and a global Medical technology corporation serving customers in Clinical Labs, Health care research & Pharmaceutical industry, seeks an accomplished “Medical Logistics Specialist”

Position: Medical Logistics Specialist

Location: San Antonio, TX

Duration: 12 months+ Contract with high possibility of extension!!!

Pay rate: $25/hr on W2

Note:

• Hybrid role (Mon - Thurs being in office and Friday working from home)
• Work schedule: 7:30-4:30 Mon - Fri.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Customer Order Management is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem resolving, research and problem/dispute resolution.

• A high school diploma plus 3 years of experience.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with ERP system(s).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role (export, logistics, order management, customer service).
• Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in a related industry (i.e., medical device, healthcare supply chain, pharmaceutical).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Demonstrates working knowledge of product/service features and how products/services are used in customers' businesses
• Demonstrates knowledge of standard business practices and procedures
• Performs tasks related to pre-sales service, order fulfillment and post-sales service
• Addresses moderately complex issues
• Resolves moderately complex customer issues with minimal supervision
• Communicates complex information on products and services. Recommends alternate products to meet customer needs
• Has developed knowledge and skills in own job family; still acquiring / expanding fundamental knowledge and higher-level skills
• Applies knowledge and skills to a variety of standard activities
• Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge
