What You'll Be Doing

• Operate and maintain aggregate processing equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Monitor material flow and adjust settings to meet production targets
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on plant machinery
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency

• Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and effectively
• Strong awareness of safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
