The Role:

Grandpa Joe's Candy Shop is a fast-growing retail and wholesale brand with over 5,000 SKUs, a loyal customer base, and a thriving eCommerce presence. Our in-house Shopify site is a major part of our business, and we're ready to take it to the next level. That's where you come in.

We're looking for a proactive, experienced Shopify Website Manager to join our team on-site. This person will own the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy of our Shopify storefront - from product listings to layout, SEO to UX. You'll also manage integrations with tools like Fishbowl and other marketplaces. This is a high-impact, self-directed role for someone who loves building efficient systems and creating great customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings, collections, tags, and descriptions across 5,000+ SKUs
• Maintain and improve website design, layout, and navigation with a mobile-first mindset
• Optimize for SEO, speed, and user experience
• Lead Shopify app and integration management (including Fishbowl, inventory syncs, and third-party platforms)
• Troubleshoot website issues and implement best practices for site performance
• Collaborate with our marketing and inventory teams to ensure consistency across channels
• Create and maintain internal processes for efficient eCommerce workflows
• Stay up to date on Shopify features, apps, and trends - and bring those insights to us

Job Requirements:

• Proven Shopify experience (2+ years managing a Shopify store or similar)
• Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, SEO, and site performance
• Experience working with large product catalogs and data-heavy environments
• Comfort with autonomy-able to build processes, set goals, and forge your own path
• Bonus: experience with Fishbowl or other ERP/inventory management systems
• Bonus: basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Shopify Liquid

Full-Time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. On-site work located in Robinson Township, PA at our National Operations, Support & Distribution Center.
