Case Management ****MUST HAVE RECENT ACUTE CASE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE***** Shift – 8:00AM-5:00PM Current RN License, CCM preferred, Bachelor’s Degree preferred, minimum of one year acute care or payer case management, utilization management, discharge planning, resource management experience required.
