About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Business Valuation Services to play a leading role in expanding our valuation practice. In this influential position, you will oversee a variety of business valuation engagements related to M&A, financial reporting, tax implications, and litigation support. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing comprehensive business valuation projects.
• Overseeing the development of detailed valuation models and reviewing financial statements.
• Conducting industry research and analyzing economic data to support valuation conclusions.
• Presenting findings and insights to diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborating closely with deal teams on transaction-related valuations and fairness opinions.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.
• Actively contributing to business development initiatives.

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, including at least 3 years focused specifically on business valuations. A solid grasp of valuation methodologies and financial modeling techniques is essential, alongside experience in financial reporting, tax, or litigation valuations. Candidates should possess strong analytical, writing, and presentation abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and advanced degrees or professional credentials such as ASA, CFA, CPA, or ABV are preferred. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills and a client-centric approach.
